Kathmandu. The flood level in Marsyangdi river in Lamjung has crossed the danger level. According to the Flood Forecasting Division, the water level of the river exceeded the danger mark at the Bhakundebeshi hydromeasuring station at 11:15 this Tuesday night.

According to the latest information released by the department, the water level in Marsyangdi river is still rising. With the increase in the flow of water in the river, the risk of flooding has increased.

The Flood Forecasting Division has specially requested all residents living in the lower coastal areas of the Marsyangdi River to exercise high vigilance. It has been informed to stay safe as the risk may increase in the riverside areas.
