19 August, Nuwakot. Chairman of CPN (UML) and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has left Bidur Municipality-5 of Nuwakot to inspect the flood affected areas.
Oli along with a volunteer team has reached for on-site inspection of the flood-affected areas such as Batar, Dhunge under Bidur Municipality-5.
On the morning of Wednesday 10th of August, the flood that occurred in the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli rivers caused huge physical and human damage in the areas of Rasuwa, Nuwakot and Dhading.
Due to the flood, the riverside settlements, roads and various physical structures have been damaged.
Oli reached the affected area with a volunteer team to understand the damage caused by the flood and to meet directly with the affected citizens.
