Dashain Tika is going to be applied to the common people at Muktinath Temple, a religious pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists.
Krishna Prasad Subedi, the priest of the temple, said that on the occasion of Dashain, there is a program to give Tika, Jamra and blessings to the common people.
Priest Subedi says that on the auspicious day of Vijaya Dashami, blessings are given to the common people by wearing tika and jamra. Arrangements have been made to apply Dashain tika at Muktinath Temple to those who are far away from their relatives, loved ones and family and do not have guardians.
On the day of Dashain, the dance worship of God will begin at Muktinath from 5 am. Pujari Subedi informed that there is a program of Dashain Tika ceremony after the end of worship. God's Nritya Karma will last for about 2 hours.
