Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank Limited is going to give 20 percent dividend to its shareholders. The bank has proposed to give a total of 20 percent dividend to its shareholders from the last financial year's profit, consisting of 10 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after receiving the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and passing it at the next annual general meeting of Bikas Bank.
Currently, the paid-up capital is 6 billion 23 million 48 thousand 367 rupees 22 paise, after the dividend proposed by the board of directors of the bank is approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the upcoming 20th annual general meeting, the paid-up capital of the bank will remain at 6 billion 62 million 34 lakh 83 thousand 2 hundred 3 rupees 94 paise.
