3 October, Kathmandu. The Nepali cricket team has returned home after playing its last series in Oman under the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2.

The Nepalese team arrived in Kathmandu on Tuesday evening. Rajesh Maharjan, Khemraj Awasthi and others welcomed the team on behalf of CAN.

Nepal won 3 out of 4 matches in the series against Oman and Canada. After defeating Oman in both matches, Nepal got one win and one loss against Canada.

After this series, Nepal finished sixth in League 2 with 30 points after playing all 36 matches. Staying up to the sixth position was meaningful as they were still maintaining ODI status.

Nepali players will now prepare for the NPL after Dasain.
